Perform rigourous cardio and weightlifting weekly. Ongoing!
Achieve 12% bodyfat.
Achieve 10% bodyfat.
Achieve 8% bodyfat.
Achieve 145lbs bodyweight.
Achieve 150lbs bodyweight.
Achieve 155lbs bodyweight.
Run a mini-marathon.
Do 15 dead hang chin-ups (palms facing away from body).
Run 3-miles in 20 minutes or less.
Bench Press 150 pounds.
Bench Press 175 pounds.
Bench Press 200 pounds.
Develop visible abdominal muscles.
